DESCRIPTION:Any friends that have young people in their lives that are stru
 ggling with their wellbeing?  Why not come along to a free parent/carer s
 upport group in Stowmarket? \nSimply Support are a local community intere
 st company that would like to offer 3 x free taster meet-ups to parents/
 carers and in particular to those parents/carers who have young people tha
 t are struggling with their wellbeing.\n"Whatever challenge you may be fac
 ing\, whether it be personal to you or happening to a family member or fri
 end\, the sessions with Simply Support will show that your wellbeing is in
 tact and that inner wisdom and resilience is always available to you.  We
  all have the capacity for inner mental good health and one of the most va
 luable things we will share is how resilient we humans really are.  We ha
 ve all had the experience of getting over something we once thought was im
 possible.  Understanding that the frightening or painful feelings that ca
 me from our difficult experiences will pass through\, also means we no lon
 ger have to be held to ransom by them."\nSimply Support meet-ups will be o
 n -\nFriday 13th March\, Friday 20th March and Friday 3rd April @ The G
 reen Room\, Tannery Square\, Stowmarket IP14 1EF from 7pm-9pm\nMax number 
 of 8 (however with enough interest and commitment we can then source

  your space\, all we ask is that you can commit to all 3 sessions so you c
 an get the most out of the meet-ups.
